This is what I looked like a few hours after I changed the air
filter and cleaned up some of the dust in the air ducts of my apartment (Sumter
Square, managed by Drucker and Falk). The
mass under my chin is a massive infection. I had inhaled a good bit of dust
while I was cleaning up the air ducts. Although I didn't know it at the time,
the dust was full of raw sewage that had gotten into the air ducts and dried.
When my apartment flooded with raw sewage, they told me "It'll be dry in a day
or two and everything will be OK." I naively figured that they couldn't do
anything that would make you sick. Much to my disappointment, they can. In
North Carolina, your apartment complex can do things that will make you very
sick, even kill you, with almost complete impunity. Hopefully, after you have
read my story, you will know better too.
